Let's Bumble!

The Bumblebee is off getting retrofitted and I cannot wait to see her when she's done! Her insides are getting remodeled so that she can officially be called a dessert truck! Look forward to pictures the beginning of May!

Recipe Testing

My favorite part of recipe testing is how it fills the house with yummy smells! Particularly that of butter. Check out the "Sneak Bee-Peaks" for pictures of what I've been whipping up (and chowing down).

Snowy Bumblebee

All of this Colorado snow makes for perfect recipe testing weather. I only hope it doesn't interfere with driving the Bumblebee around! She should be headed out to Parker this week to meet her maker (the man who's going to spiff up the inside and turn the Bumblebee into an actual food truck). In the meantime though  pound cake and lemon curd Twinkbees sound good to me. As do cinnamon sugar B.B's with a warm cup of joe! All goodies to look forward to. I hope I can find some friends to help me eat them! 

Flight of the Bumblebee

We are certainly getting ready to bumble! The Bumble Bee truck will soon be getting spiffed up and preparing for launch this coming spring!

Meanwhile, we are deep into recipe testing and thrilled to have so many supportive friends to help us out! I would fear for my ability to squeeze into our quaint little Bumble Truck if I had to consume all of it myself! This week will be focused on the Malt Shop Cookie (a clear favorite), so check back in to see how the testing (and tasting) goes!
